Black Cohosh Extract — 100 mg

Black cohosh is a traditional botanical used during the menopausal transition. This standardized extract provides targeted support for hormonal balance and comfort during common midlife temperature changes.†

Chaste Tree Extract — 200 mg

Standardized chaste tree, also known as vitex or chasteberry, supports healthy female hormonal balance and normal estrogen and progesterone metabolism.†

DIM — 100 mg

Diindolylmethane, commonly known as DIM, is a plant compound associated with cruciferous vegetables. It supports healthy estrogen metabolism and a balanced estrogen-metabolite profile.†

Calcium D-Glucarate — 400 mg

Calcium D-glucarate supports the body’s normal elimination and detoxification pathways, including the normal clearance of estrogen metabolites.†

The formula also supplies 50 mg of calcium from calcium D-glucarate.

Chrysin — 200 mg

Chrysin is a naturally occurring flavonoid included to complement healthy estrogen metabolism and antioxidant support.†

Green Tea Extract — 100 mg

Black cohosh has been associated with rare reports of serious liver injury, although it is uncertain whether black cohosh was responsible. Stop use and seek medical care if you experience dark urine, yellowing of the skin or eyes, unusual fatigue, persistent nausea, or abdominal pain.

This formula supplies 30 mg of vitamin B6. Do not combine it with additional vitamin B6 unless directed by a healthcare professional. Stop use and consult a clinician if you develop persistent tingling, burning, weakness, or numbness.

Do not combine Cool & Comfortable with Rephase | Menopause Daily, Rephase | Rest and Restore, or another magnesium-, vitamin B6-, hormone-, or botanical-containing supplement unless a qualified healthcare professional has reviewed the complete regimen.
