How to use

Take the contents of one pre-sorted daily packet according to the directions supplied with your order.

Use the whey protein and psyllium according to their individual product directions. Psyllium must be taken with a full glass of water and should not be taken at the same time as medications.

Do not add extra servings of the individual components.
